How Can Severe Halitosis Be Treated?

Question: I have severe halitosis, I'm at my wits end trying to figure out why I have this, I've tried everything imagenable. The only thing I can come up with is that I do have dry mouth and they say that can cause halitosis, but how do I get rid of dry mouth?

Dry mouth can definitely cause halitosis.
High blood sugar levels can cause dry mouth. So get blood sugar levels done.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
use hexidine mouth wash.
get a Xray paranasal sinuses done to see if you any sinus infection as it is a very common cause of halitosis.
Send me the pictures of your throat.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
