Question: Had ventral hernia's surgery with 7"x9" mesh to repair 5 hernia's in Oct. 3. 2016 , an then formed a large seroma on left side did open debridement with wound vac. Ever since I have had server pain in abdomin , headaches, nauseated, lymph nodes in neck sore, hip an back pain an abdominal itching , an rectal bleeding every 6 weeks bleeding for 3 days an then stop , any suggestions

I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

Please note..

1. You are having multiple issues.. And I am sure, few are not related to the previous surgery.
I will take up the issues one by one and discuss.

2. Severe Abdominal pain.
This needs evaluation, whether this is the complication of the previous surgery or the fresh one.
Hence, basic an Abdominal Scan USG will help.

3. Headache may be due to the stress..

4. Nausea again is a symptom of GI upset..

5. Lymph nodes in neck are not specific. If you feel significant, get an FNAC of those nodes.

6. Rectal bleeding due to Hemorrhoids or Fissure..
Needs surgical opinion.

I had a colonoscopy no issues there, all the pain is where hernia's we're , an where the mesh is ,

Colonoscopy wont cause any problems..

Please note..

1. Colonoscopy is fine. Not to worry about this..

2. Hernia site pain is seen if few nerves are entrapped.

3. But, it's very uncommon in ventral hernia repair.
Usually it's seen in inguinal hernia.
