Kind Of Rash On Either Side Of My Waist It Itchy At Times When I Work Out At Gym What Could Be This?
Question: Hi doctor, from past few days. i have a kind of rash on eithee side of my waist. it itchy at times, especially when i work out at da gym. i am attaching a pboto not sure if it is clear, when i took the photo i just came ouy of a shower or else otuch more dry than it looks .let me know if you need me to get more clear images. hoping you could assist. regards Abhishek

I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g ketoconazole 2% cream(Nizral cream), twice daily for 2-4 weeks. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Tab cetrizine 10mg once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
