Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query

Pansinusitis means mucosal hypertrophy in all the paranasal sinuses.
Nasal polyps are the mucosal masses in the nose when they grow out of sinuses. A surgical intervention is required.
Please send me the CT pictures and tell me what medicines have you been taking so far so that I can suggest you better.

You are always welcome with any further questions.

Take care
