default
Posted on Fri, 8 Mar 2019
Question: any idea what this is ? small painless bumps around frenulum. maybe minor irritation but no pain...not herpes sores right? in the pic it looks not that bad but in real life they are kind of big. I gave oral sex to a woman 2 weeks ago so that's why I'm concerned. picture attached.. from what I read online it sounds like muceoles.

Brief Answer:
Not herpetic lesions.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photographs though they are not very clear.

These are definitely not looking like herpetic lesions. I don’t think they are mucoceles.

They could be either angiomas which are benign vascular lesions or could be due to some nutritional deficiency.

Keep them under observation for a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Nothing to worry about.
