I would like to know about something more related to your symptoms.

How much time ago has the trauma occurred?

Did you get a blunt injury or was there any kind of cut associated with bleeding?

How much is the swelling around the clitoris? And is it obstructing urination?

Please let me know about it, to help you out in a better way.

As on now please do not handle the painful part.
If possible use normal tap water to clean up and keep it dry.

If needed please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for analgesics like Paracetamol 650 mg as needed for the pain and swelling.

If possible use an ice pack for cold fermentation of that area for a couple of minutes every 15 to 30 minutes.
