Brief Answer:
Hello puspanjali,

Detailed Answer:

Hi,
Welcome to HCM. Thank you for the report you sent me.
From what i gather is your stool reports looks normal.
Let me give a detailed interpretation of it. Color consistency looks normal. Acidic reaction can also be normal.
Mucus in stools can be normal in diseases like irritable bowel syndrome especially if your colonoscopy is normal. Some illness like ulcerative colitis or rectal ulcer syndrome can cause mucus to appear in stool but is with abnormal colonoscopy and also there are pus cells / red blood cells or white cells in stool examination. you probable meant e coli which is a normal bacterial flora in stools (not a protozoa). Also presence of few fat globules, undigested foods, starch can be a part of normal stool examination.
Overall stool examination looks reasonably normal.
Hope this answers your query.
Please let me know if you have any further queries.
Happy to help.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Detailed Answer:

Hello madam,

sorry for delay in answering your query.
I understand your concern. Looks like you have an irritable bowel. You need to do some basic test to rule out other causes like an infection, or swelling of intestines. Worthwhile getting following tests done like CBC, TSH, Stool routine and occult blood for 2 more samples (have noted the one you sent earlier). Also if symptoms are severe or worsening and since you have lost weight better to get and colonoscopy and sos endoscopy done to look for other causes too.
In addition regular exercise, walking, life style modification, de stressing will really help you in long run. If these reports are normal and if other modifications dont help you much then some medication like isapgula husk mild antispamodic may help you additionally after consulting your local physician.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery. Happy to help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for your query.
Good to hear that your endoscopy colonoscopy report was normal.
CBC also looks ok. Worthwhile doing a sonography of abdomen and LFT. But unlikely you have a liver problem. Unlikely will you develop malabsorption too.
Weight loss depends on your dietary habits and lifestyle and exercise. Stop getting worried too much that will help you in long run.
Best wishes.
