Brief Answer:
May be due to muscle sprain, still it should get evaluated....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, chest pain may be due to muscle sprain/strain still it should get evaluated throughly.

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with cardiologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure electrocardiogram, 2d echo as per evaluation to rule out any other cardiac pathology.

Mean while, for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.

Along with that, do yoga under guidance of expert yoga trainer. Do proper warm up like stretching before starting yoga/exercise. Yawning may be due to over exertion. Keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query.

Thanks for the answer doctor. I feel the pain in chest left side rarely . Maybe once or twice in two months. One is saying maybe the iron in the blood is low. That's why I yawn & feel pain

Brief Answer:
chest pain may not be due to low iron level, required further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

As per your history, chest pain may not be due to low iron level.

Low iron level or anemia may cause easy fatigue, dizziness, rapid heart beats, breathing difficulties during exercise. Do you have such any symptoms?

Kindly follow all measures as suggested earlier.

Hope I have answered your query.

Thanks for the Reply.

Sorry but I Have one more question regarding the ears.

I feel like more itching inside my ear & throat. From the last month or two, I am feeling once or twice a day. Now I am daily cleaning my ears but it is only reducing but not completely. Can I know what can I do for the itching?

The second one is

I feel pain in my right knee when I got stressed or having less sleep.

Brief Answer:
May be due to sore throat...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

Itching in throat and ear may be due to sore throat.

Please let me know do you have fever, difficulty in swallowing, acidity?

For that you can do saline or Betadine gargles. Take steam inhalation. Use humidifier. Kindly avoid hot and spicy foods. Avoid smoking if you have it.

There is no any clinical relationship between stress /less sleep with knee pain. For detailed examination, I would suggest you to consult with orthopedician. Meanwhile, for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Use knee cap during exercise. Avoid strenuous activity like running.

Hope I have answered your query.
