Question: Hi there, I recently visited the Drs With some severe night time broad rib pain. These attacks happen 4/5 times per year. I had full blood work done and everything came back as normal apart from my LDH levels which were 241 Iu/L I was told the normal range was 135-214. I have endometriosis, ademiniosis and PCOS. I had a lap and endo ovarian cysts repaired 2 years a go. I now talks the POP. Other than that I am healthy. Should I be worried ?

Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this is probably due to costochondritis which is the most common cause of pain in this area.. This is usually caused by calcium deficiency so I would recommend that you get a blood test for calcium level and send back the results once they come out.. I hope you find this helpful
