First sore throat, hives, swelling, limbs turning blue, severe pain on top of head that he described as a burning ring of fire and forehead and was diagnosed with sinus infection, and walking pneumonia. He still has head pain, not an 8/9 on pain scale now, but a 3,4,5 usually increased with exertion of any kind. Monocytes high, Lymphs 17,ANC Manual high, C-4 low. Hes had this head pain at this level for more then 2 weeks now. Also his cheeks have are constantly red. Unlike anything Ive ever seen on him. Brief Answer:
I suggest to exclude a mononucleosis syndrom .

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in "Ask a Doctor".
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Based on your history, I suggest to exclude a mononucleosis syndrom (EBV or CMV infections) and to repeat a sinus and pulmonary x-ray as well to see if sinusitis and pneumonia is well treated.
Please could you send me an attached picture of all lab results .

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
