Question: Hi i took meprate 10 mg twice daily for 5 days and it's 6 days post the medication and still no periods. I have pcod and no periods for past 3 months and UPT is negative can i take duphaston also to get periods as I wanted to get periods before this march 14?

You should not take Duphaston for withdrawal bleeding as you already had
Meprate for the same, so chances of hormonal disturbances are there in your case.

As you are having PCOD it is a hormonal disorder, the period may be delayed due to PCOD.

So better to wait and watch for your menses.
