The area i feel pain is at right side just close to the lever area and at the right side back...no fever or diarrhoea...i didnt rest for longer and went back on my routine within few days also, i am driving too...the galbadder was sticked to my lever and doctor had to detach the gallbladder from lever during the procedure...

Brief Answer:
adhesion, sore muscles or else. need more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, the cause of intense pain at the gall bladder
region involving right upper abdomen can be due to

- early filmy adhesion formation at operated part
- sore muscles from insult of surgery
- bile drainage related issues
- non healed liver bed area after gall bladder separation procedure
- infection ( least likely as there is no fever )

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Associated nausea, vomiting after meals ?
2. Is there any association of increase in pain after food intake ?
3. To be sure, procedure was Laparoscopic ?
4. Details of current medications if any ?
5. Currently is there cough, running nose
Awaiting for your response.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis is recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the details.

* The narrated symptoms indicate some sort of adhesion at liver bed site
most likely as pain is escalated when walking and lying down.

Though primary relief with anti spasmodic as dicyclomine or analgesic as diclofenac can help to get best comfort, I would quote to discuss the need of an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis to look inside the operated area and healing process with ruling out any abnormal issue present.

Hope this information will help you.
Wish you best recovery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the report of ultrasound attached for evaluation.

* Both sides pleural effusion indicates reactionary fluid most commonly after
general anesthesia related or pertaining to insufflation of nitrus gas inside
the abdomen cavity and gives pain via diaphragm irritation.

This needs proper medical care with antibiotics, deep breathing exercises and supportive care to cure at earliest.

Thanks.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

* The amount mentioned in ultrasound is significant clinically and should not
be overlooked as it may worsen the lung function and further issues with
diaphragm contractions.

There are an ample number of antibiotics medications such as Fluoroquinolones, Penicillin, Cephalosporin, Macrolide, and others; but any of the medication requires a proper prescription of the doctor only.

Deep breathing exercises and inhalation of steam with a towel overhead will help a great extent in this issue.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
better options available than zanocin plus.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome for follow up.

* Zanocin plus once completed the due course would be less effective to
restart for the current condition as better alternatives are available against
that.

You can opt help from your family physician for the same as an Internal medicine person can handle the lung condition in best possible manner as the pain is not due to operation site issue.

Wish you great day.
Thank you.
