Question: Hi facing left side abdomen pain and while when sits some time burning pain is coming from lower abdomen .feels like urinart tract infection .early morning while getting up lower back pain .

Thanks for query.You have not mentioned your gender and age in your query which carry importance in making suggestions and comments on your problems.

Based on the facts that you have posted the pain in lower abdomen that you have could be mostly due to
1) Presence of stone either in Kidney or Ureter
2) Muscular pain due to spasm of muscles of the back .

You need to get ultrasound Scanning of abdomen done to rule out presence of stone either in kidney or ureter .

In the mean time start taking
1) Norfloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily that will take care of UTI .
2) Anti spasmodic like Drotin and Brufen twice daily .
3) X Ray of the Lumboscral spine

Ensure to drink more water .

Further treatment will depend upon the result of Ultrasound Scanning findings.

now time 3 :30 AM early morning Sir ,while sleeping I am good but again getting pain near bladder and prostate .(left-side lower abdomen)

Reports are saying normal.

when I wake up getting same back pain and sit the bladder pain has reduced .

Thanks for follow up and uploading C T scan report .

The pain in lower abdomen and back that you have is unlikely to be due to tiny calculus that has been reported in kidney .The low back ache is usually due to spasm of the muscles of spine .

Doing moderate yogas will gradually help to give relief ..Till the you can start taking drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week .

I am getting pain at left side
But calicus is in right side

2)can I take it doxt sl tablet daily twice
Shoul i take before food or after food

3)I will take now Diclofenac tablet and will do yoga (should I take before food or after food ) breathing exercises

as routine urine tests does not reveal any infection there is no point in taking antibiotic (DoxT SL) .

Yoga should be done preferably early in the morning before having breakfast .

Take Diclofenac twice daily after food .

I am 40 years ,Gender Male
Yes there is no reveal about urine infection in reports .
Even after walking half-an hour daily seems there is some betterment in lower abdomen pain .

I need answers for below points :
1)Take Diclofenac twice daily after food .
How much MG should I take and which company one should I prefer .
2)I am using doxt -sl 100 mg daily twice from last 4days ,Prescrib 10 DAYS.
Can I stop this after using another some days or continue for 10 days
.Please suggest

How many days should I take ?

2)Continue taking Doxicycline twice daily for 10 days .

Sure will take and seems not required to go hospital for again checkup
after completion of dose.As reports are normal.Out side not good ,so I will
follow with walking exercise and yoga .Please suggest

3) My doubt is why no medicine is suggested when my report says
"TINY RIGHT RENAL CALCULUS NOTED"

Any how I am taking 5 lts of water and Lemon juice ,is it sufficient?
Please suggest if any .
