Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Answers are-

1)"My question is whether he shoud go for this tests as it involves contrast XXXXXXX both oral and injection and he has done ct abdomen with contrast in the month of august only"-If his renal function tests and glomerular filtration rate are normal yes he can go for test.No problem.
For that get a-
KFT and GFR test done.
Dyes are excreted by kidney so if kidney is normal go for it.
2)Though not asked yet would explain you
"We visited another doctor and he prescribed two tableta cintodac capsule and tablet revotril which i saw on internet is for seizzeers or nervous system and its an anti depressent"
Revotril is clonazepam. A particular medication can be used to cover things ranging from a small matter as anxiety to big problems like seizures etc.The purpose of giving clonazepam in his case is to relieve his autonomous nervous system. When autonomous nerves are hyper stimulated then they worsens the symptoms of gastritis acidity etc secondly vagus nerve is stimulated which causes increased spasms in intestines causing pain.
Cintodac contains Pantoprazole which is an acid inhibitor with a prokinetic drug which inhibits the reflux of formed acid into esophagus. In very high doses cinitapride a constituent of cintodac is used in depression and other pyschiatric cases but as i said earlier those doses are very high.

A suggestion is that you can ask you gastroenterologist to add CIBIS thrice daily it contains three anti spasmodic's in combination and could be very helpful.

Hope i explained you well.

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
In simple his reports just means that fecal material is stagnating inside his intestines. This causes development of toxic colonies of bacteria and other pathogen causing formation of large amount of gas. This causes severe spasms and irritation of intestines causing pain.
Deposits in arteries etc are age related senile changes.
Follow medications as advised
Add cibis thrice daily to control spasms.
Pankreoflat thrice daily to absorb gas and a laxative like polyethylene glycol.

Regards!
