Brief Answer:
Seems like panic attack or severe anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are more likely suggestive of a excessive anxiety or panic attacks.
Severe form of anxiety can cause these symptoms and may mimic many other conditions like angina.
However other causes like anemia, thyroid disorders and electrolyte abnormalities must be ruled out.
Make sure that your blood pressure is well within the normal range as both hypo and hyper tension can cause similar symptoms.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Given.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Anxiety is a great mimicked and it can cause many symptoms.
Headaches are common with severe anxiety and you may also feel head spinning and discomfort in the head. The mechanism by which the head symptoms develop may be through mediators like serotonin.
If you are worried, you can go for an MRI brain to rule out other causes just for reassurance.
