Brief Answer:
Meet a sports trainer

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concern. However, I would insist you to refrain from using Anabolic Androgenic Steroid along with HGH, Peptide, or Insulin. First meet a sports trainer and work out a custom regimen for yourself.

Feel free to write back.
