Brief Answer:
He is free from HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in"Ask a Doctor".
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have seen carefully the attached lab results of your son and you shouldn't worry because there is a normal blood count, normal protein eletrophoresis, negative result of a 4th generation HIV test. So, he is free from HIV.
There is a positive results of EBV IgG and EBV IgM negative that means that your son has been infected before with EBV that cause mononucleosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Feel free to ask me further.

Thank you for your response. I am worried about his CD57 count and also his albumin and also his WBC count that has been low normal for a long time. He feels fatigued and gets sick easily. He also is very thirsty and drinks a gallon of water daily but still feels thirsty. Thank you for your advice.

Brief Answer:
WBC count and albumin are normal value.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in"Ask a Doctor".
I am sorry for my late response.

I think you shouldn't worry because in these lab results WBC count and albumin are normal value.
I cannot see CD 57 here.
You should know that EBV as a viral disease in acute phase can cause low WBC count and fatigue that could last .
Furthermore, related to thirsty I suggest to control him the glucose in blood.

Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Your son seems to be infected with EBV in the past.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back.
I am sorry for my late response.

I have reviewed the lab results and I think you shouldn't worry because there is just an EBV IgG positive that means your son has been infected with EBV previously.

The full blood count is normal.

Regarding the low values of immunoglobulins, I suggest meeting an immunologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
