Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

ramipril may cause erectile dysfunction in some cases, although it's not a very common side effect. Blood pressure itself may cause erectile dysfunction over the years, because uncontrolled hypertension may result in atherosclerosis. When the blood flow to the penis is impaired, the erection becomes softer.

If you've noticed that your problems had started when you started taking ramipril then it could a side effect. If it's developed a few years later then atherosclerosis or other causes are also possible.

You'd better talk to your primary care physician or a urologist and let them know your concerns.
