Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have viewed the Image and i have gone through the query.

I can see skin colored bumps on the glans and they so seem like genital warts which is an STD caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Most of genital HPV infection is by HPV types 6 and 11 whereas rarely HPV types 16 and 18 may also cause genital warts.
