Hi, I Get Really Bad Pain. I Get It In

Question: Hi,

I get really bad pain. I get it in my stomach and back. It feels deep, as if something is moving around inside. It can sometimes be so bad that it takes my breath away.
At first I thought it was endometriosis, however after an MRI nothing was detected. I have had blood tests and a CT scan, nothing has come back to me. I really don't know what could be wrong. Is there anything I could do to help the pain, not medication? When it was endometriosis I tried a bunch of herbal remedies like ginger and tumeric. I know now it is not endometriosis and would really like to know what I could be dealing with. I also get bad headaches.

I had the contraceptive implant initially, as an attempt to rid this pain. I would say it has slightly diminished. I have had it 4 months.
I still bleed amongst with all of this pain.
