Brief Answer:
Metabolic disturbance causes the weight gain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
From the history provided it seems that the weight gain that you had is related to the metabolic disturbance commonly seen with PCOS. Taking the combined pills will help in restoring your normal bleeding patterns and will prevent any further weight gain. You need to lose the extra weight to restore the hormonal balance. The treatment you are getting is correct. Once your cycles become regular then you can try for conception if needed.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Continue with pcocare and XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You can continue with both pcocare and XXXXXXX The high prolactin levels usually come to normal after the periods become regular. In case the levels are persistently high then it needs oral medication.
For weight loss you need to reduce the carbohydrates and fat content and start with a regular exercise. You can consult a dietitian also for diet control in order to lose weight effectively.
