Question: Hi Doctor, I got this rash on the left inner thighs, what should I use to cure it. currently I am using levigatus cream, it is a topical cream. please tell me what to do to cure it fast.

Perhaps you have a fungal infection of inner thighs. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g either ketoconazole 2% cream or clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
