Hi Doc, I Get This Weird Sensation On My Scalp
Question: Hi Doc, I get this weird sensation on my scalp like water is running down. have you ever heard of this? I had MRI's in CTs in the past and nothing showed up. i was told it could be nerves but its scary.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Such a sensation or pain may be seen in muscular pain due to cervical muscle strain or spasm. This will not show up in MRI etc and will relieve when muscle strain is taken care of. Its possibly a part of tension headache.
I have also heard of such sensations during yoga classes in XXXXXXX So if you are spiritually inclined, that may also be a reason.
If scans are normal, there is nothing to be scared of.
