Brief Answer:
Anxiety disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have gone through the details and reports of your mother.

Considering all the details, I think she is having frequent anxiety attacks. The bloating and other gastric symptoms, chest pain and tensed back could be secondary to anxiety.

I would suggest you to take her to a psychiatrist for further evaluation. Anti anxiety medications like escitalopram and clonazepam (both prescription drugs) can help to control her symptoms.

You can also bring her to my clinic. I am a psychiatrist based at XXXXXXX

Feel free to ask if you have more queries.

Regards.

Sir ,
She is also having other symptoms like
Saans foolna while walking , while in panicking she also get sweating, she feels uncomfortable and difficulty in breathing even if she is wearing tight clothes.
She had anxiety attacks associated with high blood pressure 15 years back.
But then she became fine . Only problem was feeling suffocated in dark or closed room.
She used to go on roof for fresh air even during night if she felt insomniac due to anxiety.
Is it due to some heart / pulmonary problem or due to anxiety disorder??
She had echo and tmt in 2017 at Jindal Hospital XXXXXXX . It was fine then .
Her sugar levels are also normal with normal appetite and normal motions.
My father expired in August last year due to tetanus suddenly.
Since then she has become very weak mentally. She often doesn't show her illness but when it becomes unbearable for her , she becomes panic and tell it .

Brief Answer:
Panic attacks

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Actually, anxiety can present with any kind of symptoms. If the cardiologist has confirmed that ECG and ECHO are normal and she does. ot have any cardiac problem, then there is no need to worry about it.

Death of spouse is a very huge stressor for anyone. This can have impact on mental health of a person. Probably, loss of her husband has precipitated these symptoms in her. Anti anxiety medications will help.

All the best.
Thanks.
