Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

I understood very well that you are a male.

Vitamin. C and D are supplements that you can take.
There are some evidence that vitamin C and D supplements may improve semen quality.
Clomid or Clomiphene is the same medication.
Clomid through a specific mechanism increase sperm count levels and correct hormonal imbalances.

Brief Answer:
The usage is explained below in details.

Detailed Answer:
Clomid is a prescription medication, so you should consult an gynecologist for the prescription.
We can not prescribe medications in this platform.
The recommendation is starting dosage of 25 mg three days per week and then slowly djusting the dosage until the dose is 50 mg per day as needed.
Instead, Vitamin C should be taken 1000 mg twice a day as needed.

Hope it helps dear.
Take care,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
