Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
The treatment of migraine is two fold.
1. A pain killer like Tylenol which can be taken up to 2 tablets 3 or 4 times a day as per the need. So you can safely take unless you have liver or kidney disease.
2. Medicines to prevent migraine attacks if you have frequent attacks.

Do get back to me if you have further questions.

Brief Answer:
Yes, you can have another tablet if needed. It is not an overdose.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Sorry for the delay in replying as we live in two different time zones.
You can safely take one Tylenol extra if you still have the pain.
If these attacks are frequent, you may consider medicines to prevent the headache.
In the meantime it would be helpful to avoid precipitating factors like hunger, strong sunlight, emotional stress or any food item or other stimuli that precipitate an attack.

Wish you a good day.
