Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can very well understand your concern for your health and before giving any medical opinion I would like to know few things from you

1. Is there any family history of heart disease in your family side.
2. Any other medical illness like diabetes or hypertension?
3. Smoking habits?

Also if you have your previous reports with you then kindly upload the images of the reports so that I can personally review them and then advise accordingly.

Kindly revert back with required information.

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
There are no significant risk factors but here I would like to point out an important combination of anxiety and fibromyalgia which you are having, it’s basically a difficult combination to treat and require multidisciplinary approach which includes the help of a pain therapist and a psychologist.

Am sorry but I don’t see any reports attached with your query, however your symptoms are also not seems to be of cardiac origin as according to you your cardiac test reports were also normal.

For now I would like to suggest you to keep practising yoga/ meditation and also you need to take help of a psychologist and follow healthy lifestyle routine.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards
