Brief Answer:
since infection ruled out, consider reaction to chemical or material need

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned re the presence of lymph node, muscle spasm/tension and also persistent vaginal itching.

Because the node is in the neck, it is not likely related to the itching in the genitalia because nodes respond to issues in the immediate area.
The fact that the cbc was normal, is good, it definitely rules out serious cause for the lymph node.
Nodes in the neck respond to issues in the face/head and throat. They would enlarge due to trauma, infection eg skin infection or cough/cold, allergies, skin rash, infection of the node itself. It can sometimes take up to 6 weeks for node to resolve.

The tightness of the neck is most commonly due to muscle spasm. This can be due to trauma to the neck or emotional stress. Anti inflammatory pain meds (eg ibuprofen or cataflam or naproxen) and muscle relaxant plus warm compress twice daily- should help

Itching in the vaginal region is most commonly due to infection but this has been ruled out with the tests that you have done.
Another cause of itching is possible reaction to the material of your underwear or clothes that are coming into contact with the area or any soaps used on the material. This reaction can only be considered since infection has been ruled out.

A change in either the washing chemical or the clothing/underwear material, or both, may be helpful along with the use of mild steroid cream such as hydrocortisone.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
