Question: Hello! I am a 28 year old woman, morbidly obese (343.6 in November 2020) and I had not had my menstrual cycle in 4 months. The last one I had had was in August 2020 and it was 2 days long with normal flow. 14 days ago I began my cycle however, it is very light, rarely showing up on my pad and has lasted 14 days now, showing little sign of stopping. I am positive I am not pregnant. I take 80mg of Fluoxetine daily (40mg in the morning, 40mg late afternoon) what is wrong with me? Lol! Thank you in advance! :)

I read your query and here is my advice.

First of all you may need to do a pregnancy test to check for pregnancy or do a bHcg blood test.
Being overweight or obese may cause irregularities in the menstrual cycle and hormone imbalance.
You may need to do an abdominal ultrasound hormone levels of LH, FSh and also check thyroid function doing T3, T4 and TSH.
