Brief Answer:
It can be due to hormonal changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concerns.

The itching of the vagina without any abnormal discharge can be due to dryness. This can also be related to hormonal changes. This can happen due to low estrogen levels leading to dryness in the vagina which stimulates the vaginal mucosa and cause itching.

Do get examined by a gynecologist and ascertain the cause to get treated.
Meanwhile, you can take an antihistaminic like Benadryl which will reduce the itching. Avoid douching and using soap. You can keep the area moisturized using XXXXXXX butter.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you may have.

Wishing you good health.
