Hello Doctor, My 62 Year Old Diabetic Father Has Undergone
Question: Hello Doctor, my 62 year old diabetic father has undergone an AHC as he was having reduction in urination pressure. The AHC results showed an enlarged prostate & fatty liver. The consultant recommended Tamdura capsules for prostate treatment. An human error of missing 3 days intake of the capsule has resulted in inflammation & pain of the legs and region below the waist. Thereafter the capsules are continued. But still inflammation & pain are present. Pain is experienced at different body parts (both above & below waist) on different days. Please suggest how to proceed with an effective treatment

1. The obviously visible changes in the body are the swelling of the feet up till the ankle and the back of the palm along with tremendous pain in both the areas.
2. i have attached the blood report for your reference.
3. no, he doesn't smoke.
4. There is no fever or altered appetite but he seems to lose a lot of weight recently.
5. The pain usually strikes at XXXXXXX or in the morning approximately at the time when he wakes up. He seems to have difficulty in walking.
I don't know which super specialty doctor i should consult with. Can you please help me out?

( for diabetes control ) and nephrologist ( to take care of kidney function and control of
