Brief Answer:
Ovulation study will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
Your hormone levels are almost normal. There is nothing to worry. To know if an egg is forming in your ovaries or not you need to have ovulation studies which is a series of ultrasound scans starting from day 11 of your cycle.
In case the ovulation is normal then chances of spotaneous conception are present. Taking Ovacet along with regular vitamin E and folic acid supplements are required.
In case normal ovulation is not there then ovulation inducing drugs will help you. You need to lose extra weight to keep the hormonal balance correct.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
