Brief Answer:
Follow up with remaining reports and medications history....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query. I have reviewed attached reports and here is my advice.

In the attached reports, I didn't find attachment for previous medications, fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels. Kindly upload reports, so that I can get better idea.

As per attached reports, all reports are within normal limit except HbA1c, HDL and vit d level.

HbA1c level 7.9 is on higher side and it indicates that blood sugar levels are not under control. She may require dosage adjustment after consultation. Kindly follow up with fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels.

Vit D level is slightly on lower side. For that she can take vit D sachets 60000IU weekly for 6 weeks after physician consultation.

For HDL level, continue regular exercise for 30 to 40mins daily. Take balanced and fat free diet.

Kindly follow up with reports and previous medications.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
