Brief Answer:
Need not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have seen the report attached

The readings are normal except the LDL levels which does indicate risk for heart problems. Well, its a modifiable risk, lowering the fatty foods specially cholesterol foods will lower the risk.

The kidney test - serum creatinine is around 1.2, this puts your evaluation result at moderate risk level. The reading of creatinine is variable and keep fluctuating. In the absence of hypertension and diabetes I do not think the kidney is at risk now.

You can repeat the kidney function test again after 3months . If the reading is normal then there is no need to worry. If the reading still remains high , there will be a need to rule out other conditions like stones and nephropathy which can give such readings.

Hope I answered your query.

Please do ask if any doubts.

Thanks a lot sir.
I have a few more questions if you could answer.
I am vegetarian and regular into weight training. There fore, to maintain protien level, I take whey protein ( 24 to 30 g) per day 3 to 4 days a week only. Also I take creatine around 3 mg per day every now and then but not regularly for months.

Does protein or creatine supplements can affect kidney even though I take them in moderate limits?
