hi
welcome to health care magic

usually heart rate changes between 60 - 120 per minute based on the activity and exertion you do.
at rest during sleep in night it may fall up to 50/ minute.
it rise up to 150 during heavy exercise and running. it is normal phenomenon.

you said that after eating heart rate goes up, have you counted any time?
is it going beyond 120.
are you having any symptoms of dizziness , palpitations , lightheaded or loss of consciousness, and chest pain or breathlessness during that period , you should evaluate by a cardiologist.
as you have given a history of anxiety and panic attacks , they itself causes increase in heart rate.

and your medicine Endone may also some times increase heart rate in some people.
so you consult a physician and take advice if you symptomatic.
thank you

hi,
heart disease (i,e heart attack) can occur any time and any age group , it is because of decrease in blood supply to heart , when there is obstruction to blood vessels supplying heart due to fatty plaque.

regarding your case first of all your symptoms are not suggestive of heart attack . and you are already evaluated and all test were normal range.
so your symptoms more suggestive of anxiety only , but you need atleast ECG should be done before you conclude it.
thank you
