Hello dear,
Thanks for the query

Pain in upper abdomen and back can be caused by..
1. Gastritis
2. Gastric ulcers
3. Gallstones and cholecystitis.

As the pain is getting worse with pressure, in my view it can be a cholecystitis or gastric ulcer.

Is there any relation to food? Gastric ulcers aggravate on intake of food.

This does not happen in cholecystitis.

Please XXXXXXX a surgeon and get your x XXXXXXX abdomen and ultrasound done.

Feel free to ask, if you have further queries.

Wishing you a good health.

Thank you
