Have Scar On Forehead. Sometimes It Bleeds. Product To Use?

default

Question: I have this scar/identation at the middle of my forehead near top of my hairline. Sometimes it bleeds, scabs over and then is fine for a while. Not sure how I did it but it seems like I need to heal the identation to stop the process. Your thoughts? Products to use?

Hello,

These symptoms can be seen in condition like:
1. Folliculitis,
2. Lichen planus- this presents with itchy raised lesions which heal with scarring
3. Post inflammatory thinning of the skin.

Investigation like a biopsy of the skin will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.
If possible kindly attach a picture of the lesion.
It will be helpful for me to make a better diagnosis.

Wishing you a Good Health. Let me know if I need to clarify further.
Thanks & take care.
