Dear XXXXXX,

Thanks for contacting Healthcare Magic.

Peptic ulcer affects stomach or duodenum. At both these places it can lead to uncomfortable feeling in upper abdomen. Uncomfortable feeling can be in form of either of these: pain, burning, heaviness, feeling of emptiness, fullness in upper abdomen, nausea etc.

I hope I have understood your question correctly. If you had anything else in mind please let me know in detail, maybe I can explain that better to you.

Best wishes,

Dr Dinesh Singal
