Question: Hello I have a very small dark spot on the bridge of my nose that will go away for few seconds if I press on it. What is it and can I have it removed?? It looks like a black head, but is fluid in nature.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The small dark spot on the bridge of nose that is fluid in nature is likely to be due to a small capillary hemangioma. The pressure drains the blood from it making the skin normal looking.
If it is a small hemangioma then topical or injectable steroids can help you. You can consult a dermatologist for the confirmation of diagnosis and proper management.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
