Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It looks that your main problem is pain behind and below your knee. This can be due to various reasons like:

-Compession of nerves at back
-Thyroid problems
-Anaemia
-Deficiency of vitaminB1,2,6,12
-Anxiety

If you are continue to feel such problems then you should have complete blood investigations including CBC,THYROID FUNCTION TESTS,VITAMIN B12 LEVELS,etc. At present you may have a mild analgesic like advil for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari
