Have Bumps On The Head Of Penis When Erect. Pin Size And Has Not Changed In Size. Suggest?
Question: Bumps appear on the head of my penis when erect, you can't notice anything when not erect. They have been there for 3-5 months with no change in size or quality. The bumps are only on the head. They are pin size. What could this be?

The penis head near it's neck has lots of glands and nearly whole of the penis head is made up of spongy tissue which gets packed when penis is erect.
These two structures give the little bumps.
They may vary according to level of excitation and have been there albeit unnoticed. They are essentially normal.

I went to saint Simons island beach for three days and by the end of the trip the bumps looked like they were going away. Is it possible it's some type of infection, bacterial? And why would being at the beach help it? If it is a infection is there any OTC medicine to take care of it?

The bumps seem to be related to either an allergic reaction to sweating, some power, soaps, perfume etc.
Recall if something new in these articles has been recently used, if so then exclude that article.
It does not look like infection but still you can give a sample for skin scrapping for fungal stain and Gram staining and also get a Urine routine and microscopy.
A cream Lobate-GM or Tenovate-GM can be very helpful. Apply twice daily for 20days regularly.

Ok, I think of anything that I do differently at the beach that I don't do at home. I want to say the last time I went to the beach I had the same thing happen. Where can I find those creams?
