Hi there XXXXXXX. Thank you for posting your question with XXXXXXX I will do my best to help you.

The first thing that you need to do is to calm down, chill out and relaxed. There is nothing going on here that is in any way life threatening, urgent or even important. It is only your attitude about them that may make them seem otherwise.

On the varicocele/low sperm count issue, this is a very controversial area of medicine with two schools of thought. Some doctors advocate treatments while others advise leaving things as they are. I think you should leave things alone for now. Certainly do not rush into anything.

You do not need any homeopathy medicine or any other medicine for that matter.

Your testicular pain may be related to your infrequency of ejaculating. Masturbation is a healthy and normal sexual activity practise by 99% of all men. Your body manufactures semen every day. It has to go somewhere. Please do not feel any guilt about this normal healthy activity.

If there is semen in your urine, it is because you are holding back at the time of ejaculation and forcing retrograde ejaculation. This is not a good practise and you should stop doing it.

Please think about what I'm saying here. Try to have an open mind and you will immediately start to feel better about yourself. Good luck.

I hope that I have answered your questions fully and been of some help. If you have anymore questions please contact me again anytime.
