Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome
First, for most men, these problems occur occasionally and aren’t a serious issue, and erection should recover in short tike. However if there is no improvement and no erection during intercourse with your partner then causes can be physical, psychological, or a combination of the two. Some physical issues are rare in you age and may include atherosclerosis, neural damage or prostate enlargement. Psychological are more common and include emotional stress, depression relationship conflicts. In every case, I suggest to have healthy diet, avoid smoking, exercise and avoid psychological stress. Some medications such as sildenafil may help, but in case of no improvement, you should see urologist for further evaluation. Wish you good health. Regards
