Question: Good morning: 46 years old female, menopause 18 months ago. Auto immune diseases diagnosed. Latest thing, throw up green liquid with things looking like black peppercorns [ no small specks]. Constipation or liquid diarrhea. Sometimes green. Gums and bones in jaws are disappearing. Teeth falling out. Breaking off at gum line. Have never done drugs. Smoke 1.5 packs in two days. Test after test has not really shown anything. Gone about as far as I can go. Vitamin A levels severely low. Baffled two different doctors. No suggestions. God bless.

Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but these symptoms are probably due to liver dysfunction or gall bladder dirorders.. I would recommend that you get an ultrasound abdomen to asses your gallbladder and liver status together with a blood test to check on your liver functions including ALT and AST.. Also I would recommend that you get an upper git endoscopy to exclude peptic ulcer and gastroesophygeal reflux disease which can cause such symptoms.. I hope you find this helpful..
