Brief Answer:
He seems to have gotten a viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

He seems to have gotten a viral infection. He can take Tab Crocin 500 mg 3-4 times a day for controlling fever.
Shivering could also be symptom of malarial parasite or dengue. You may get his blood tested for complete blood count, malarial parasite. If needed we may order more tests.
Does he have any other symptom?
What medicine is he taking?

Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
