Retinal detachment present

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us
There is a time gap between these two reports. This explained that th ultrasound report of 18 XXXXXXX does not have retinal detachment and the report of XXXXXXX 30sbows that there is a traction detachment at the macula.
The diagnosis presently is intra ocular foreign body with traction detachment of macula with vitreous hemorrhage.
Go ahead with immediate surgery.
