Does Masturbation Cause Complications In Married Life?
Question: Hello doctor. Good Evening.
I m XXXX my age is 26, I m single, after one or two years I m going to marry. But before that now my question is I'm using Hand-Job from last 5years, and I can't control this doing. I never smoke and drink. Even this, so many times I tried to control, but I can't. But now my question is, 'Is there any problem after i married. I'm from good family and a good mannerism, parents are also good in manner. but I addicted to this. pls get me leave from this, kindly tell me the answer for this what I want to do.? and How to increase my sperm.? pls tell me the answer. Pls help me.

It is a very common situation among the youth of today to involve in masturbation. Every adult does masturbation for pleasure and to relieve stress at your age. It must be done at most 3 to 4 times a week and not more than once daily. If you do within limits then there is no concern.
There is no problem in marriage if you do masturbation within above mentioned limits. After marriage you should however concentrate more on sexual intercourse than masturbation.
To control masturbation addiction, I would recommend that you do not masturbate for 10 days and keep yourself busy when sexual thoughts come to your mind. GO for long walks, meet friends and start reading books or listening to music when you feel like masturbating. Avoid touching your genitals except during passing urine and toilet. Also eat healthy food and have at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Do not see pornography.
Your sperm should be normal, please do not worry about it.
