Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that among your current therapy drugs, the most important potentially being implicated in stomach pain are Aspirin and Clopidogrel.

They can cause erosive gastritis or esophagitis.

To a lesser extent, Ranexa and Amlodipine may trigger abdominal pain in a few individuals.

Meanwhile, Isosorbide dinitrate may cause only nausea.

You need to discuss with your prescribing doctor on the above mentioned issues.

Probably some therapy modifications may be necessary.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me again, in case of any further uncertainties.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
