Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Advil will address any fever or body aches associated with the condition. The cause of diarrhea needs to be determined. If there is blood in stool, tenesmus, high grade fever and a raised TLC count on blood work then the diarrhea is infectious and antibiotics with fluid replacement would be required. If the above are not present then isotonic fluid replacement alone would suffice. For the cough the chest needs to be examined/ auscultated. Based on the clinical findings, an x ray chest can be advised or symptomatic treatment with cough suppressants and bronchodilators can be advised.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
