No, blood flow increase wont reduce painful symptoms necessarily.

DMARDs (disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs ) and are excellent at manifesting longer remissions in early disease .Exercise, diet, massage, counseling, stress reduction, physical therapy, and in some cases surgery may be required as a part of multi discipline approach to R.A

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease. The response to treatment and prognosis is much better if you have started treatment early after diagnosis. Its a disease of flares and remissions so you have to stay patient.

Main aim is to limit joint damage and sustain functional outcome for as long as possible.
